As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes, ultimately leading to a product that resonates with users and meets market demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the product team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. - Continuously assess and refine the product backlog to reflect changing priorities and insights - Define and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and development teams. - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, refined, and aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. - Break down epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. - Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). - Provide continuous clarity and guidance to the development team, answering queries and ensuring alignment with business needs. - Ensure UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that deliverables meet business and customer expectations. - Monitor progress and track delivery against agreed goals, KPIs, and OKRs. - Act as the voice of the customer, driving improvements based on feedback and market research. - Work closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies. - Drive stakeholder communication by providing timely updates on product progress, risks, and dependencies. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance throughout the product lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have Workday FIN, SCM, Banking skills with a 5+ years of Workday End to End delivery cycle experience - Good to have WD Financials Product Lead & Workday EM/PM licenses - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies. - Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback. - Familiarity with metrics and analytics to measure product performance. - Should have knowledge on Workday Financials. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 year's full time education is required.
