Title and Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Inbound
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to champion Experience OS - Mastercard Dynamic Yield’s solution for personalization, conversational, and agentic AI experiences. In this role, you’ll co-own the Product strategy, positioning, and narrative that elevate our category leadership, building programs and packaging that resonate with customers, analysts, and partners.
After a decade helping leading retail brands orchestrate personalization across their tech stacks, Dynamic Yield is uniquely positioned to drive organizations through their AI transformation. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing new agentic capabilities to market, shaping how brands design, deliver, and measure high-impact digital experiences.
You’ll partner closely with Product and R&D to influence roadmap and launch strategy, and work across global Sales and Customer Success to enable field excellence. Your work will be visible - showcased on major stages and powering mission-critical programs for leading eComm brands as you help define the story and standards for experience optimization at scale.
Role
Lead the narrative. Craft a compelling story for Dynamic Yield’s core product, Experience OS, articulating value propositions for personalization, conversational, and agentic AI across industries and buyer personas.
• Enable GTM strategy. Build differentiated positioning, value-based messaging, pricing & packaging and competitive framing.
• Drive cross-functional impact. Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing and Enablement teams to move the needle on adoption & expansion.
• Elevate executive alignment. Define and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives - presenting to senior leaders and securing buying across global teams.
• Anchor in market truth. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to shape ICPs, personas, and Jobs-to-Be-Done; translate insights into roadmap narrative and translating those into product & GTM guidelines.
• Be the evangelist. Champion the Experience OS inside Dynamic Yield - own the internal narrative. Your outcomes will be used to coach Sales, CS, Enablement, and Product teams on value, differentiation, and use cases. Maintain the single source of truth for messaging and FAQs.
• Enable the field. Deliver positioning docs, release review decks, feature training packs, internal monthly GTM newsletters.
•
All About You
