In this role, you will act as an intermediary between the Safety & Reliability team and TIS team to develop an implement projects that meet business needs and expectations. You will oversee the external vendor relationship, reports on key work and ensure appropriate implementation and performance of business needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Foster and develop strategic partnerships to be a trusted advisor and advocate of business interests.

  • Support the strategic approach to align projects and initiatives to better meet current and future business needs.

  • Work with the Safety & Reliability Business Unit and TIS partners to build process efficiencies.

  • Manage external vendors relationships, lead all aspects of work and confirm projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Drive projects and programs delivery in conjunction with the Enbridge Project Management Office.

  • Act as the business intermediary to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements.

  • Communicate project reports and status updates on timelines and budgets to senior leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree or a technical diploma.

  • 7+ years of related experience, Business Relationship Management experience is an asset.

  • Ability to build compelling business cases and elicit benefit realization.

  • Broad knowledge of project management and communication practices.

  • Experience managing project delivery for multi-functional business solutions.

  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with vendor management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based.

  • Occasional travel may be required between Enbridge regions/office locations, less than 10%.

Physical Requirements (Office) include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
 

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
