Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the delivery of Security Services projects - Ensure successful project execution within the defined scope, timeline, and budget - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives - Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables - Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress - Identify and mitigate project risks - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders - Provide guidance and support to team members - Track project performance and report on progress to stakeholders - Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Security Services delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other firewall technologies - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions using Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VPN, and VLAN - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and leadership abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
