As Cartwheel's Senior Manager or Director of Revenue Cycle, you will lead our revenue cycle strategy and manage a team of 8 across billing, AR, credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment. We work with 300+ school districts to provide life-saving mental health services to a diverse population (50-50 Medicaid/Commercial mix), and we're scaling rapidly – from 2,000+ therapy sessions per week across 15 states today to 4,000+ sessions per week in 25 states within the next year.
You'll refine a high-performing revenue cycle function set up for scale, partnering closely with Care Operations, School Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to optimize the infrastructure and processes that support our growth. This role offers the right candidate significant ownership and impact at a critical inflection point for the company.
