• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 4 years in a leadership role.

• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills, even in dynamic or complex environments.
• Highly organized and structured approach with focus on efficiency, quality, and results under pressure.
• Proven ability in change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in managing and monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
• Fluency in English in a business environment.
