The FP&A Manager and Financial Business Partner plays a critical role in driving financial performance by delivering accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. This role acts as a liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Produce accurate and timely monthly management P&L reports
Analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicators
Develop business models to support strategic initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency
Act as a key financial partner to department heads, providing financial guidance, challenge, and support
Identify risks and opportunities relative to budget/forecast and recommend corrective actions.
Support M&A, investments, or cost-saving projects as needed
Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and cycle time
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CPA/CMA a plus)
5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial business partnering
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Power BI)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Normal office working conditions including frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting and computer monitor use. Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
