The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will be finding background and identifying technical issues needed for project promotion and communicating with stakeholders.

  • You will analyze the technical issues (quantification and visualization) and clarify responsibility with stakeholders.

  • You will share info anytime with global, correct courses according to the situation, and promote technical studies within own area of ​​responsibility.

  • You will summarize results in a theoretical report using words and stories that can be understood to the other party.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical (electromagnetism, circuits, etc.) or Mech.Eng(design, materials strength, Industrial, control, etc.) or Information Technology engineering, etc. Basic knowledge follows.

  • Possess literacy in logical thinking and could use software required for office work and have literacy in information security.

  • Communication skills in Japanese and English (or Chinese, German) (regardless of language score).

  • Exhibits resilience as a core competency (Manage emotions, Good relationships, Optimism, Self-efficacy, Self-esteem).
