About the Role

基于对环境和新人的洞察，结合公司新人发展体系，制定分公司/片区新人发展规划，搭建平台，对前线进行赋能、督导和验收，确保新人在不同的发展阶段均可获得及时且有效的成长所需，助力新人绩效目标的实现。

Roles and Responsibilities:

制定机构新人发展规划，固化机构新人发展平台，并督导新人发展目标的达成；

完善机构新人发展制度、规范新人发展体系操作流程，对新人发展项目规划和实施提供指导；

按照计划为新人提供培训；

规划机构新人荣誉体系，统筹新人典范案例的宣传和推广；

承接总部新人经委会的建设要求及标准，规划机构的推动目标及节奏；

负责新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养； 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education –大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先

Experience –8年以上行业工作经验，2年以上增员管理经验、2年以上新人培育经验

Special skills

• 策略规划
• 具有寿险业务管理经验或业务管理培训经验

较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力

基础英文读写能力

熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
