As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve software architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
