This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

This position is for a June 23, 2025 start.

About the Role

As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.  

About The Team

The team is comprised of five employees working virtually across the US. Team members work collaboratively to design, develop and implement strategic lead generating campaigns as well as develop brand awareness in the fraud detection and prevention space. The team is a comprised of a collaborative culture and thrive as partners.  Team members work on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert, from defining business requirements to implementation, including providing direction to development teams and testing of developed products to ensure that the business/customer needs have been met. Team members also leverage analytical skills to evaluate trends across the company and/or clients.  The demands of this role will require a moderate level of technical skills and the ability to function as the voice of Fraud Alert Management in the absence of leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation. Requires highest level understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted organizations. Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts. May lead re-engineering team and act as project manager in some cases.

  • Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment for appropriate FIS segment, division, group or line of business
  • Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or project leader
  • Plans business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes
  • User Acceptance Testing for new development on our SecurLOCK applications/products, working directly with our IT and Operations team
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus If You Have

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development. 
  • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML). 
  • An understanding of appropriate applications programming language. (Python, Hyperion, XML, SQL) 
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
