Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Works closely with internal clients and marketing team members to assist in the execution of marketing plans that support an engagement strategy that drives relationship building.
Executes on tactics as defined in marketing plans. Following a defined creative process, manage projects that will include a multitude of channels and supporting materials. Develops timelines, budgets and execution of deliverables, including obtaining the appropriate approvals. Deliverables of projects may include signage, collateral, website content, events, emails, letters, newsletters, and promotions.
Assists in research and analysis of engagement strategies and initiatives.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with project objectives. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and aligning multiple projects at a single time to meet deadlines and update project management software accordingly for Communications & Engagement Team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
