Managing HCMC and Center territory Sales in the SUR and CDM is a key leadership role responsible for driving the success of two sales teams responsible for promoting and selling SUR and CDM solutions. The primary objective will be to lead, manage, and guide the teams to achieve their sales targets, while also taking ownership of the business strategy, growth, and market penetration for SUR and CDM products in the HCMC and Center region; including but not limited to:
- Market understanding and market access planning
- Coaching and driving the team in the field
- Implement sales & marketing activities in HCMC and Center region
- Customer engagement, building and maintaining KOLs
- Ensure meet SUR and CDM goals and financial targets in HCMC and Center
- Manage sale forecast process
- Defining Customer Segmentation, market mapping and product alignment to market segments
- Identify gaps and improve sales processes to improve productivity and efficiency
Education / Professional Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Biomedical, Marketing, or related fields
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and application, preferably in the medical device industry
- Previous experience in managing and leading sales teams is essential
- A proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of the medical surgical ophthalmology industry is a priority. Familiarity with Surgical products and Chronic Disease Management solutions is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and other data to make informed decisions about product development and marketing
