About the Role
Join our MMS Customer Care Small Parts Order Entry team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage order entry, support customer inquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order processing
Main Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and enter customer orders into ERP systems
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Resolve order issues and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics
Process credits, returns, and rebills as needed
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, HIPAA, and company policies
Manage backorders, allocations, and exception orders
Meet service levels for accuracy and turnaround time
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
ERP experience (SAP or JDE preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
Work Environment
On-site role with a minimum of 4 days in office per week
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Work hours 8am -5pm CST Mon-Fri
