Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address challenges and enhance application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with business priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Must have Strong hands-on experience in CDS Views and Datasphere, Good to have ABAP.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in managing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Ability to optimize data flows and queries for improved system performance and reporting accuracy.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using standard APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data modeling and application stability.
Must have Strong hands on experience in CDS Views and Datasphere, Good to have ABAP

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
