Position Summary

Manager Workforce Management Industrial Engineering will be responsible for partnering with business and operational leadership and driving operational productivity, accuracy, capacity, and efficiency through the development of engineered labor standards. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for validating and updating labor standards in support of operational improvement initiatives and ensuring all changes flow through to both budgeting and scheduling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong independent leadership skills, as well as analytical and communication skills. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within a similar capacity to Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in working with data in Microsoft Excel
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills                                     
• Ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines and understanding potential barriers and next steps           
• Strong interpersonal skills; must communicate effectively with individuals at every level of the organization                             
• Excellent time management must be able to work autonomously balancing short- and long-term goals within the portfolio
• Travel – ability to travel up to 25% of the time based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• MOST Certified
• Knowledge of/certification in Lean Six Sigma practices
• Knowledge of Workforce Management processes and retail business operations
• Experience managing direct reports

Education

Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
