What you'll do

  • Proactively advise clients on optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance. Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their performance goals and objectives, and helping them take full advantage of The Trade Desk’s product suite in order to hit/exceed those goals.
  • Present compelling narratives to clients, adapting to their needs by providing the right amount of information and balancing levels of abstraction, while addressing various levels of the client's organization.
  • Lead client meetings and QBRs in collaboration with business development and account management teams.
  • Play a central role in growing the business of your assigned client portfolio, working with some of our largest clients.
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk’s platform. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot campaigns, but will also provide campaign insights, industry trends, upcoming product releases, and new partnerships for relevant opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Management and Business Development to support clients through onboarding, optimization training, case studies and product updates
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the wider Trading team to help define features, best practices and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform. Participate in the product development cycles and beta testing of new products.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of digital advertising experience with strong client facing and data analytics
    expertise.
  • 5+ years hands on DSP experience
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong “can-do” attitude, with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, along with an
    ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling skills: ability to convey ideas in an appealing way to a variety of
    stakeholders
  • Advanced MS Excel skills: ability to draw insights from large datasets, use of pivot tables,
    formulas, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment, and to work with teams
    located across Europe
  • Willingness to frequently travel to client offices located in Milan and other cities in Italy
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Nice to have: knowledge of API, Phyton, SQL and Data Analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI,
    Tableau)
