The Enterprise Strategy Office Analyst plays a critical support role within the Enterprise Strategy Office, working closely with the VP, Chief of Staff and broader strategy team to provide analytical and financial support. The role is primarily focused on strategic planning and execution support, financial analysis, performance tracking, and management reporting to enable enterprise‑level decision‑making. This position is well‑suited for a highly analytical, financially oriented professional seeking exposure to enterprise strategy, transformation initiatives, and executive‑level planning.
Principle Duties:
Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic investment decisions and enterprise planning priorities, including cost structures, trade offs, and ROI considerations.
Analyze financial and operational data and conduct targeted research (e.g., cost drivers, budget variances, competitor, industry, and peer benchmarks) to surface insights that inform ESO recommendations and leadership decision making.
Assist in building, maintaining, and refining dashboards and financial tracking tools that provide visibility into the performance, financial impacts, and risks of key enterprise initiatives.
Contribute to the definition, tracking, and analysis of KPIs and performance metrics that measure progress against enterprise strategic goal and execution roadmap.
Support cross functional enterprise initiatives by tracking milestones, financial impacts, dependencies, and key deliverables to inform prioritization and governance discussions.
Consolidate inputs from Finance, Strategy, and business partners into structured analyses, summaries, and materials that support portfolio level planning, sequencing, and comparative evaluation of initiatives.
Support the preparation of financial summaries, cost benefit analyses, and quantitative outputs for leadership reviews and executive level presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity in enterprise strategy reporting.
Assist in drafting executive communications, including leadership updates, strategic presentations, and internal briefings that clearly articulate priorities, progress, outcomes, and supporting analytical insights.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of playbooks, templates, process guides, and documentation standards that support consistent execution across the ESO.
Support change and stakeholder engagement efforts by assisting with briefing materials, coordination, and sustained communication and follow up across teams and regions, and by supporting ESO operating rhythms (planning cycles, reviews, and governance forums) to maintain alignment and momentum.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required
Pursuit of (or interest in pursuing) an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Work Experience:
3+ Years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, strategy, consulting, or FP&A required
Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation required
Experience or interest in financial services, reinsurance, or similarly regulated industries preferred

Compensation Range:
$66,740.00 - $94,800.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
