MFG-PEE Photoエンジニアとして、先端DRAM半導体製品における歩留まりおよびキャパシティランプのビジネスプランを達成する役割を担います。

業務詳細

TTMCY達成とキャパシティランプの確立に向けて、Process改善やProductivity向上を通じて多角的に活動していきます。

開発製品の導入時には、製品や生産技術の問題点を洗い出し、関連部門と連携しながら、量産化を実現していきます。

必要に応じて、装置Vendorとも協働して新しい技術を確立し、問題解決に向けて遂行します。

他Areaや他部門含めて、マネージャー、エンジニア及びテクニシャンとコミュニケーションをとり、改善活動を牽引します。

要件（全て満たしている必要は無い）

・自己管理（業務、健康）ができる。

・Microsoft Office（Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word）などのソフトウェアを使用できる。

・英語での電子メールの応答、文書作成、コミュニケーションが出来る。

・解決困難な課題に直面した際、関係者と密にコミュニケーションを取り、適切にエスカレーションが出来る。
