Join us as an FX Prime Brokerage Associate

• Sitting within our Prime Brokerage Client Service team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients
• You will interact with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
• This is a fast-paced front office role, in which you'll be providing a proactive and high quality client service and customer experience

What you’ll do

In your new role, you’ll be accountable for front to back coverage for allocated Prime Brokerage clients, supporting client integration and all daily transactional activity, including booking, monitoring for exceptions and matching.

In addition, you’ll be monitoring client limit utilisation and increases where necessary. We’ll also look to you to:

• Escalate high risk issues that will negatively impact client relationship or potential bank risk
• Coordinate the onboarding processes across our Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales and Product businesses

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone highly analytical and numerate with experience in a finance or banking environment.

You’ll also need:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to promote a collaborative team environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Solid planning and organisational skills
• An understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options and exotic options would be beneficial, but is not essential

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location.  In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
