This role will focus on the development of processes and methodologies related to Flexible Pipes Manufacturing on specific techniques and methods. This professional represents the technical authority for manufacturing capability and methodologies definition for the assigned discipline, responsible for interfacing, facilitating and providing guidance to the broader FPS functions on manufacturing related topics. The Global Non-Metallic Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and defining manufacturing requirements for successful implementation of new product introduction, new materials qualification, new supplier qualification, regulatory requirements compliance, productivity improvement, quality / safety improvements, etc.
The Global Non-Metallic AME role also requires the individual to coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Project Managers, Commercial, NPI, Engineering and Materials teams to successfully define and agree on projects concept/design.
