Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application requirements.
- Experience in translating complex business needs into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Ability to work with various database systems and understand their impact on application performance.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
