Job Summary:

Provides insight and support for various levels of the financial planning and analysis processes. Provides support and guidance for a range of activities including, financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and variance analysis. Maintains and enhances current processes, and aids in financial analysis with business partners in areas of moderate complexity.

This is a Remote position - ONLY IN MN, IA, WI and SD

• Strong excel skills to support data analysis and presentation.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools and software
• Customer service skills – ability to work between departments.
• General understanding of accounting principles
• Interest or knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and Value Based contracts is a plus.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• Conducts or assists in the documentation of moderate to complex financial analysis projects.
  • Serves as a resource, provides support, and makes recommendations for finance analysis.
  • Collects, organizes, analyzes and communicates data within established deadlines.
  • Assists in the monthly and quarterly forecasting process.
  • Monitors ongoing financial performance, oversees financial reports for areas of responsibility, and shares with stakeholders.
  • Analyzes variances between budget and actual outcomes.
  • Prepares, delivers, and analyzes monthly financial results.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced or incoming team members.
  • Collaborates with vendors and other business partners to design technology applications to model forecasting, cost accounting, productivity and more.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting related field required
