As a Senior Data Analyst II within Growth Analytics, you’ll leverage some of the most robust web and app traffic data in the industry to generate insights that inform business strategies across product growth. You will partner closely with Product and Applied Machine Learning Engineering to measure performance of Redfin Recommendations and Redfin Estimate, define success metrics, evaluate experiments, analyze user behaviors, and identify opportunities to drive user engagement and conversion.
About the Role
Operate as a subject matter expert on Redfin’s traffic analytics.
Leverage analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions.
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards supporting the Growth analytics reporting portfolio.
Define success metrics and perform rigorous analyses for experiments.
Synthesize your analysis and others into a coherent narrative of the state of the business and communicate that narrative to business leaders.
Drive complicated, multi-person projects to completion, identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies.
About You
You have 7+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting product, growth, or consumer-facing businesses.
You possess expert-level SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python or R, and statistical analysis.
You have expertise in experimentation and measurement methodologies, including A/B test design and evaluation.
You have a deep understanding of how to leverage customer engagement and conversion data to drive business insights.
You have strong communication and collaboration skills that crosses teams and levels and can use data to tell compelling and influential stories to the business.
Experience using AI code generation tools such as Snowflake Intelligence, Github CoPilot, and Anthropic Claude Code.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. An advanced degree is a plus.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $109,200.00-$147,800.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
