Job Overview
Engage healthcare professionals through remote channels and promote our pharmaceutical products. Deliver scientific information, supporting prescription growth, and enhancing product visibility using digital tools and materials.

Essential Functions 
•    Promote the laboratory’s products to a selected group of physicians by delivering technical and scientific knowledge, emphasizing product benefits and differentiators to optimize prescriptions.
•    Conduct remote visits and manage the assigned panel using multichannel communication (phone, email, WhatsApp), following marketing and sales strategies.
•    Enhance product visibility and appeal through the use of promotional materials (email marketing, videos, clinical cases, discount coupons) provided by the laboratory on a monthly or cycle basis.

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or equivalent  
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Previous experience in the healthcare sector, especially in interactions with physicians, is a plus.
•    Experience in telephone-based customer service is desirable.
•    Aptitude for consultative sales and technical approaches, with a strong potential for development, will be a significant advantage.
