Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Lead to join our VML team. This senior role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing complex digital and creative projects, overseeing multiple project managers, and driving seamless delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to lead in a fast-paced, creative environment.


What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate a team of project managers handling complex digital and creative projects.
  • Connect cross-functional teams, including creative, AV, QA, and production staff, ensuring alignment and streamlined processes.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing escalations and driving new business opportunities.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.
  • Champion process improvements and best practices across teams.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within a creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale digital projects with a strong understanding of digital production processes and creative workflows.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global brands and international teams is a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, budget management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across different time zones, travel as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
