Job Summary

This position is with HP | Poly U.S. Channels Team.  The high energy individual chosen for this position will manage/own relationships with HP | Poly Channel Partners both managed and within the geographic territory.

As key contributor to the HP | Poly Channels Team, this individual will assist with:

  • Establishing the channel strategy in their respective territory or group of channel partners.
  • Developing the market for HP | Poly products within Unified Communication SI’s/resellers and applications.
  • Implementing HP | Poly sales programs and product trainings.
  • Representing HP | Poly at industry tradeshows and networking events.  

Responsibilities 

This position will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Identifying and recruiting channel partners to include HP | Poly voice, video, and end point devices in their solution offerings.
  • Providing sales training and channel management to a specified list of “managed” partners.
  • Developing joint business plans and assist in developing marketing plans for each managed partner in order to meet agreed upon sales goals.
  • Maintaining appropriate Microsoft Dynamics account, contact, and engagement records.
  • Acting as a sales resource to the US HP | Poly Field Territory Sales teams to engage/sell with the identified channel partners.
  • Developing sales incentives for their managed partners in order to grow sales.
  • Providing input to sales and marketing programs, specifically with respect to market trends.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and identify competitive opportunities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Channel Account Management experience with A/V Partners,  DMR’s, SI’s, or UC Vendors.
  • Maintenance of alliance/partnership roles with global technology/UC solution providers.
