Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship
- Overseeing the European Distribution cross functional distribution team, ensuring harmony across personalities and skillsets.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Provide high level support for all NAM Distribution projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Project Lifecycle Ownership:
- Contribute to the implementation of MES (Multi-Energy-Systems) solutions using our Software Suite.
- Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
- Help to layout proper staffing to cover all NAM ADMS deliveries to ensure all projects are successful.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies through site assessments.
- Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing, and uploads to customers during the implementation process.
- Ensure go-live readiness and provide support, including post-live checkups, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Best Practice and Quality Assurance:
- Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
- Stay abreast of the latest technical developments in your area and contribute to strategy and policy development.
- Ensure delivery excellence within your area of responsibility.
- Market Awareness and Integration:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and understand how your area integrates with others.
- Have a working knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Decision-Making and Problem solving:
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
- Take a new perspective on existing solutions and use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.

- Required Qualifications:
- 4 year STEM degree with masters preferred.
- 10 years experience delivering high available distribution systems.
- 2+ years experience with technical people management.
