Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
Walmart is seeking a talented individual to lead some of the companys most strategic alliances with large technology partners. For this role, we are seeking a proven leader to set the strategic vision for the partnership and execute several cross functional initiatives to support the vision. Your work will directly help Walmart deliver an amazing experience to both our customers and associates.
This position will have and be responsible for direct partner interaction. You will be responsible for helping manage, evaluate, define and execute strategic initiatives as part of a high-performance organization that is rapidly inventing new ways to serve hundreds of millions of consumers that shop for their everyday needs from fresh food, household essentials, health and wellness, and more.
To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, effective working across multiple, cross-functional teams, and able to launch and operate programs that get to market quickly. The ability to synthesize multiple variables across business, consumer experience, product, operations ; technology and translate them effectively into short, medium, ; long-term roadmaps via analysis ; product prioritization is a must. This position will require strong PMO coordination skills and technology background.
In addition, this role will also have an opportunity to mentor members of the team, guiding their professional growth and development.
We prefer candidates who have extensive experience in AI partnerships. Additionally, experience managing broad partnerships with multiple workstreams and the ability to engage effectively at an executive level is highly beneficial.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
