Your Role in Action
Welcome young patients and families—collect vitals, gather histories, and ensure they feel safe and heard.
Prep rooms and tools for exams and procedures—from immunizations to minor treatments—always with a gentle touch.
Assist during exams: record, document, and support providers in smooth, efficient care delivery.
Administer point-of-care testing, basic lab work, and injections while keeping records accurate and secure.
Collaborate with clinicians and staff to keep operations flowing and families confident in care.
What You Bring to the Table
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.
Preferred: at least 1 year of clinical experience, Healthcare Provider CPR, understanding of medical terminology, lab values, HIPAA, and infection control.
Compassionate, organized, communicative, and patient-focused—especially around kids and families.

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
