• More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
