Summary: As a Business Architect, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology delivery teams. You will analyze business processes, define business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and shape business solutions. The role supports delivery by translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, and supports transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key programs. The role requires short-term travel to client locations in the Netherlands, as needed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solution outcomes. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions. - Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, QA teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements. - Support test planning, test case reviews, defect tracking, and business alignment. - Support change management activities, training, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong domain expertise in – Core banking, Lending (corporate/SME) , Payment domain. -Good understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle and payment processing flows. -Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. -Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. -Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Core Banking. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
