What you’ll achieve

As a Software Engineer2, you will get the opportunity to work with our world class talent to design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation for the data mobility area of our product in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

You will:

• Contribute to feature quality efforts by designing, developing, and maintaining data mobility testing while building domain expertise.
• Participate in design, development of Python based automation frameworks, and execution of test plans (manual and automated) aligned with team goals.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Be an active team player in agile ceremonies and help deliver team commitments.
• Knowledge of emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to spot simple ways to improve product features and efficiency

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors (Technical)/Masters preferred, with 0-3 years of experience in testing and software development.
• General knowledge of software engineering concepts, algorithms and design patterns
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of automation development tools across Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with storage systems and protocols such as SCSI/NVMe.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to using AI tools or frameworks in software development.

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Exposure to one or more major programming languages (C++, Java) and experience developing REST API-based interfaces.
