About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to manage a new squad, with the folowing mission:


- Drive prioritization of Transaction Manager and gpi tracker backlog based on tribe priorities, qualified demand, requirements maturity and delivery capacity
- Delivery of prioritized backlog items in collaboration with business owners and respective engineering teams
- serving all business squads, internal and external when it comes to tracker and TM requirements

• Expert Technical Product Management skills
• Understanding of Transaction Management product portfolio and how it addresses industry priorities
• Ability to network effectively across the company, securing mindshare and commitment to the initiatives you’ll be leading;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a wide range of internal stakeholders, external working groups, national member groups, user groups and clients;
• Facilitation and problem solving skills;
• Strong leadership, exhibiting end-to-end ownership and accountability;
• Strong motivation and perseverance combined with the ability to understand the big picture (risks, dependencies) and the competence to track the details;
• Proven ability to contribute in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills;
