Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Protime Clinic is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving anticoagulation management in an outpatient cardiology setting. The LPN performs PT/INR testing, patient education, medication documentation, and care coordination under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume clinic efficiently. As part of the job duties this position entails Clinical Responsibilities, Patient Education and Care Coordination.

Required Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma General or GED/ Diploma in Nursing

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• Current/active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Georgia.

• Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to hire date.

Required Minimum Experience:

• Previous Cardiac experience in an ambulatory, outpatient setting is Preferred
