From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.

Job Overview:

Do you enjoy building digital solutions that help businesses grow? Are you energized by turning strategy into products and experiences that real users rely on every day? Are you curious about how financial advisors grow their practices and how better tools, insights, and experiences can accelerate that growth? Do you enjoy digging into data to uncover what drives growth?

If so, the Associate Vice President, Growth Solutions Strategy role in our Growth Strategy and Enablement organization could be for you.

This role sits in our Strategic Growth Solutions team, which focuses on designing and evolving the digital solutions that power advisor growth at scale. We are looking for an analytically strong, product-minded strategist who can own specific growth solutions end-to-end, build rigorous business cases, and drive structured pilots and go-to-market work that turns strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will help turn LPL’s growth ambitions into tangible experiences, ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned, thoughtfully integrated, and consistently delivering value to advisors and to LPL.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for defined portfolio of digital solutions, from problem definition through pilot, launch, and iteration
  • Build and maintain business case for solutions, including opportunity sizing, investment rationale, and expected business impact
  • Lead strategic roadmap research and design for your solutions, synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and internal data into clear product direction
  • Structure and manage go-to-market approaches for new pilots, including segmentation, sequencing, success criteria, and field enablement considerations
  • Use data to track solution performance, produce crisp reporting for senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to course-correct or accelerate
  • Sponsor test-and-learn initiatives, define experiment parameters and incorporate results into forward-looking plans
  • Collaborate with experience and field-facing teams to ensure new capabilities are practical, well-adopted and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Serve as a business voice in cross-functional delivery, aligning stakeholders on priorities, progress and tradeoffs

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role, with significant exposure to digital products
  • 3+ years’ experience in the wealth management industry, with knowledge of how financial advisors grow their businesses

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data to size opportunities, build business cases, and product clear performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to own product or solution end-to-end, from business case through launch and iteration
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across business, product, technology, and operations teams in a matrixed environment

Preferences:

  • Prior work with growth, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and field enablement in a complex distribution model
  • Comfort with experimental methods (e.g., pilots, A/B testing) and using them to inform product decisions
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus, but not required

Pay Range:
