Job Description

The Opportunity:

The UA Executive Director of Corporate Relations department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks an experienced Career Systems Project Manager.

*Position is a hybrid schedule, with a minimum three days a week remote and up to two days a week in the office.*

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administration and oversight of Career Services Management System: Handshake, for all ERAU campuses to include project management, database administration, workflow processes design and management of data integrity.
  • Responsible for the Handshake assignment and maintenance of user accounts
  • Oversees and compiles data from across all campuses to support Executive Directors.
  • Maintains a digital policy and procedure manual to support career services staff.
  • Makes recommendations for system usage, customization, and support.
  • Provides structure and oversight of program manager portfolio assignments and makes recommendations as needed.
  • Creates customize workflow/processes to streamline co-op/Internship enrollments, student appointments, and other career services platform usage.
  • Monitors weekly and monthly logs to ensure best practices and consistent usage of the platform.
  • Provides new hire and recurrent training guidance to staff for effective and efficient platform use.
  • Maintains system integrity by overseeing data management processes including managing global changes and data imports, system-wide and single user data corrections, account archiving, etc.
  • Responsible for Industry/Career Expo event creation including registration forms, subsequent billing, collection and tracking of payment and posting events on the university website.
  • Provides end-user support (professional & student staff, students, employers, faculty) to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Assists with fulfilling administrative reporting requests and provides analytics guidance and support to staff
  • Creates and disseminates a single weekly comprehensive and standardized career opportunity email for all campuses.
  • Process user (student/alumni) approval requests, employer, and job posting requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain system labels to ensure accurate and efficient usage of the platform.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Campus Solutions IT team and Handshake Account Manager
  • Support campuses with fulfillment of Eagle Career Champions digital assets, marketing and communication.
  • Manage and customize automation of CSO online forms via Microsoft Forms and PowerAutomate
  • Manage user access for other career services digital tools (CareerShift, Interstride, Big Interview, CareerFair+, SharePoint sites, etc.)
  • Work on special projects to meet office’s needs.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Handshake platform
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
