We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team within our Clinicals division. In this role you will be responsible for one product area within the overarching product’s portfolio; understanding the market and customers, contributing to the product vision, developing business cases and ensuring a set of product features meet business requirements. You will help define how AI is responsibly integrated into clinical workflows, ensuring solutions are safe, trustworthy, and deliver measurable value to healthcare providers and patients.
You will serve as the Product Owner working daily with scrum teams defining and writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and making trade-off decisions between scope and schedule. Your work will span both strengthening our current solutions and delivering innovative, AI-driven features that improve user experience and clinical decision-making.

The Team:
The Mobile team is a passionate group of Product Management, Product Engineering, User Experience (UX) Design, Product Analytics, Data Science and Patient Safety professionals collaborating together to improve the overall efficiency and satisfaction of the healthcare providers through both traditional and AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Product Owner:
· Work directly with scrum teams to prioritize work and ensure delivery of both core and AI-powered product capabilities
· Own ongoing maintenance of core products, including triaging production issues and managing enhancements
· Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate AI models into scalable product features
· Define acceptance criteria for AI features, including performance thresholds, model accuracy, and user experience expectations
· Balance innovation with risk management, patient safety, and regulatory considerations
Product Vision:
· Drive product vision incorporating AI/ML capabilities, predictive insights, and automation opportunities
· Lead early-stage discovery for AI features, including:
o Identifying high-value use cases for AI
o Validating concepts with users and stakeholders
o Defining data requirements and feasibility
· Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to define measurement strategies for AI performance (e.g., accuracy, bias, adoption, impact)
· Own go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled features, including positioning, education, and adoption
· Monitor post-release performance of AI features and iterate based on real-world usage and outcomes
Product Ownership Responsibilities:
· Understand the market opportunity via user needs, market forces, applicable business models, emerging AI trends and competitive AI capabilities
· Drive the analysis of Product Area(s) of ownership including AI/ML-driven products
· Define epics and user stories that clearly articulate:
· Functional requirements
· User experience considerations
· Data and model requirements
· AI behavior expectations (e.g., explainability, confidence levels)
· Partner with Data Science and Engineering to manage the full AI/ML lifecycle, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
· Drive backlog prioritization balancing:
· Core product improvements
· AI innovation opportunities
· Technical debt and model lifecycle needs
· Define appropriate levels of human oversight and intervention in AI-driven workflows (human-in-the-loop), ensuring safe and effective clinical usage
· Define and track metrics across moth product and AI performance to ensure transparency and visibility to the program’s success and any opportunities for improvement
· Manage the priorities and expectations of multiple stakeholders (e.g. customer, product operations, marketing, sales, legal/compliance, partners) to gain inputs for the product
· Partner with Product leaders to
· Assist with Product Launch decisions, including the management of all alpha/beta feedback
· Be the voice of product decisions within the organization
· Support build vs. buy decisions
· Represent the voice of the customer for assigned product area(s) demonstrating responsibilities for the end-to-end customer journeys while also advocating for trustworthy and safe AI usage
Typical Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred
· 5+ years of product management experience
· Understanding of US healthcare / health IT environment is strongly preferred
· Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and productization of AI features
· Familiarity with:
· Model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
· Data pipelines and data quality considerations
· Experimentation frameworks
· Understanding of Responsible AI principles, model bias, and explainability
· Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products preferred
· Experience bringing products to market is needed
· Technical understanding (mobile, SaaS, data, APIs) – ability to check technical feasibility and timelines and remove technical development barriers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
