Summary of the role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

This role will work with the Operations Team at our Loveland Facility on Efficiency and Cost Savings Projects, as well as develop the skills needed to prepare for roles in the Operations Group.

This individual will:

  • Gain Familiarity with our ERP system, IFS.
  • Gain first hand experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment, and learn how leaders in this environment make decisions and drive change using our Business System, NBS Next.
  • Work with Manufacturing Management team to identify potential improvement opportunities.
  • Support and Improve our Kanban, Make to Stock system
  • Participate in Rapid Improvement Events to support Operational Growth.
  • Own a project to improve efficiency reporting within our Assembly groups.

Requirements:

  • Be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university
  • Basic operating knowledge of PCs, and supporting software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
