We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues for Part Time positions within our Fraud Payments business area, with a starting package up to £25,062 (pro rata) this is made up of a base salary of £23,036 (pro rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1526 (pro rata) discretionary performance related bonus.

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
  • Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential 
  • You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

What else you need to know:

This role is based in Bootle and you will be expected to spend 2 days per month of your time in this office, once the training period has been completed.
This is a permanent role for 25 hours per week, working 5 days a week with fixed start time from 6 pm to 11 pm, including alternate Saturdays and Sundays.


Training will be for 7 weeks, and you will be required to attend the office every day for the entire training period.

The schedule for the training is as follows:
- Weeks 1-4: Monday to Friday, 6-11pm
- Weeks 4-7: Shift rotation, including either Saturday or Sunday, 6-11pm

Right to work in the UK.
