• Position: Dental Assistant
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, day shift, start times vary, Will discuss upon interview.
• What you will need:
•      License: N/A
•      Education: 2 years of college or state certification from an accredited dental assistant school or minimum of 2 years on the job work experience.
•      Certification: Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
•      Experience: 2 years if no college or state accredited dental assisting school.
•      Skills: Basic computer skills; Bilingual preferred.

• What you will do:

•          The purpose of this job is to provide optimal dental services under the supervision of a dentist in an inpatient and outpatient setting and also provides secretarial support.
•          Able to tolerate prolonged sitting, standing and walking and long periods of time.
•          This job carries the potential for employee exposure to blood, body fluids, and other potentially infectious materials, chemicals, and other hazardous conditions that may pose a potential health risk.
•          Each employee is trained and is expected to observe all fire and safety procedures and blood borne pathogens and hazard communication standards.
