Job Description

In the Global Order Management Team, we obsess over the details that matter most to our customers. We collaboratively manage consumer orders in a fast-paced, challenging environment, which requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Through processing orders inquiries for Bose Direct consumers in the Americas, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand, we provide our customers and the organizations we support with the highest level of service possible, while maintaining efficiency and driving continuous improvement. Key activities are order review and release, logistics, credit refunds/reconciliation, fraud review, and inventory management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for order management of external and internal B2C and B2B orders.

  • Provide data analysis around customer KPIs

  • Leverage system solutions and process refinement to increase automation of standard processes

  • Drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency in processes, and reduce the cost of managing orders to customers

  • Manage high volume of daily order processing with accuracy and efficiency

  • Perform key tasks according to service levels, and communicate risks to participate in mitigation plan

  • Proactively identify blockers and customer impacts to resolve obstacles prior to impact.

  • Will be a leader in developing and integrating best practices within the team.

Key Skills:

  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and ability to work independently

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, and sales processes.

  • Excel, Power BI and Office proficiency

  • Previous experience with SAP, CRM, EDI, or related enterprise software

  • Previous experience with Supply and Demand planning software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Order Management
