About the Position:

Epic Staffing Group is looking for a(n) Manager of Candidate Relations who will be responsible in overseeing the onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement of internationally educated healthcare professionals. This role provides leadership and direction to the Candidate Relations team, ensuring consistent processes, effective communication, and high-quality support throughout the candidate journey. The Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering strategies that enhance satisfaction, mitigate risks, and support long-term retention of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do:​

  • Support the Director of Immigration and Operations in the implementation of processes and the development of policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • Partner with the International Operations leadership and placed healthcare professionals to strengthen collaboration, address operational needs, and mitigate risks or breaches.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the Senior and Candidate Relations Specialist, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting escalation of concerns as needed.

  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated healthcare professional concerns, coordinating with internal stakeholders to assess issues, determine appropriate interventions, and ensure resolution is aligned with expectations.

  • Track and document all escalations to identify recurring issues, patterns, and emerging trends.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative support role.

  • Two years of experience working in employee relations, candidate relations, or a related field.

  • Experience in a healthcare or credentialing environment is strongly preferred.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.

  • Willingness to work PH night shift (aligned with US business hours).

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
