Position Summary

1. Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivered economic information of business activities by accounting method.
2. Establish management and execution plans and conduct financial supports such as managing actual implementation of plans to maximize business performance.
3. Optimize and efficiently manage internal policy & procedure based on business accounting standards and business circumstance.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Finance support] Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivered economic information of business activities by  accounting method.

2.  [SCM support] Prepare a weekly/monthly report in Korean to support BM by checking general business status such as monthly sales, sell-out, aging inventory, PSI, M/S.. etc.

3.  [Performance Evaluation] Measure whether the goal is achieved based on objective evaluation. Suggest the right direction to organizations and employees in order to improve performances and execute an efficient strategy to achieve the business goals efficiently.

4. [Identify Issues and Risk Management] Participate in developing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of business by establishing measures preemptively to identify issues such as incidents and accidents, deterioration in efficiency, low performance result

5. [Internal Business Competitiveness Analysis] Constantly review various factors like benchmarking activation among sub-organizations, performance and weakness comparison, inefficiency and analyze measures which can bring out improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

·       Must be customer-service oriented 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

·       Must be a self-starter with strong solution-oriented thought process 

·       Must be able to multitask & manage time independently 

·       Must be able to execute on timelines and expectations autonomously 

·       Strong organizational & responsive problem-solving skills 

·       Experience working in a local / remote collaborative team environment 

·       Strong proficiency in Excel & other MS Office programs

·       Vietnamese proficiency preferred
