We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead Customer Provisioning on our SaaS Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis platforms – the core systems and APIs that enable seamless onboarding, identity verification, account setup, and ongoing customer lifecycle management.

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, cross-functional execution, and technical product strategy. You will ensure our provisioning solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and built to support long-term growth. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency and a passion for building platforms that power exceptional user experiences.

This position will be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office 2 days per week, however we are open to remote in the United States for highly qualified candidates.

What You Will Do


Strategic Ownership

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Provisioning platform in alignment with company goals

  • Partner with business, compliance, and technical leadership to ensure provisioning meets enterprise reliability, scalability, and security standards

Product Lifecycle & Delivery

  • Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning through execution, launch, and iteration

  • Translate customer and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, epics, and prioritization decisions

  • Balance technical debt, scalability investments, and feature development

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver features on time and at high quality

  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and risk teams to ensure provisioning workflows meet compliance and data security requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provisioning capabilities across the organization

Technical Enablement

  • Act as the voice of internal and external consumers of provisioning services

  • Ensure APIs and provisioning systems are intuitive, performant, and extensible

  • Advocate for strong platform principles: modular architecture, reuse, observability, automation, and scalability

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs such as time-to-provision, provisioning success rate, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction

  • Use data and customer feedback to drive prioritization and continuous improvement


What You Will Have

  • Product Experience: 4+ years in product management or related functions, specifically owning technically complex products, platform, or infrastructure centric services

  • Technical fluency: Comfortable with technical teams, understanding architectures, APIs, integrations, and platform considerations (AWS, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Data literacy: Skilled with product analytics tools to interpret user behavior and inform decisions.

  • User-centered mindset: Expertise in customer journey mapping, UX best practices, and reducing friction in multi-step flows

  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to align and influence engineering, design, marketing, and business partners

  • Experimentation & MVP mindset: Builds hypotheses, defines lean MVPs, and iteratively improves based on hard metrics


Nice to Haves

  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering systems that enable onboarding or customer lifecycle workflows

  • Prior experience in healthcare tech a plus, but not required


The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
