Job Description:

We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst, Logistics – 12 Month Contract to deliver impactful analytics, data visualization, and reporting that drive data led decision making across our Logistics Operations function. In this role, you’ll turn complex operational data into meaningful insights that help leaders optimize performance and improve efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with cross functional teams, gaining exposure to a dynamic logistics environment while shaping the way the department understands and acts on data. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Senior Analysts and Operations teams (Inbound, Outbound, MVD, Trade Compliance) to design reports and dashboards that improve visibility into vendor performance, store readiness, trade compliance, and other key logistics metrics. 

  • Develop short and long term planning tools and models to support forecasting, operational planning, and continuous analysis needs. 

  • Analyze insights and collaborate cross functionally to enhance reporting solutions and support ongoing improvements in planning, optimization, and growth initiatives. 

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies in large datasets to ensure complete, accurate, and reliable reporting. 

  • Translate data into clear insights and present findings to stakeholders, supporting daily decision making and key projects across Logistics Operations. 

  • Provide training and support for reporting tools and processes, while delivering timely freight reporting and partnering with the Reporting team to access data needed for scenario modelling.


About You:

  • Post secondary education in a related field and 3+ years of quantitative data analysis experience.

  • Strong experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts, including extracting and manipulating data for reporting.

  • Proficiency with Power BI and/or Power Automate, plus intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research abilities; Supply Chain experience is an asset.

  • Solid understanding of database design and data manipulation concepts.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and carriers.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work with diverse data sources (e.g., Mainframe, TM1) and multiple Logistics partners.
