A Brief Overview
Leads the strategy to measure key components of the employee experience and the HR service delivery. Partners with COEs, HR Partners, and Leaders to understand focus areas and business needs. Partners with HR Systems, Technology, and Shared Services to help design the process with the insights in mind. Lead the technology implementation of the listening strategy to measure feedback in addition to operational metrics. Drive the HR strategy of the Enterprise goals around data & analytics.
What you will do
- Develop a Workday Reporting roadmap supporting the various products, organized by key personas and functional areas
- Configure reports, dashboards, and hubs based on customer requirements and partnership across Systems and HRIT Security teams.
- Establish Workday Reporting governance and standards, creating a community of practice across Workday Report Writers
- Participate in data governance conversations within HR to identify key focus areas
- Develop a technical roadmap of the Employee Listening strategy including survey automation and optimization, updating dashboards, and incorporating new lifecycle touchpoints for feedback
- Identify technical requirements for a long-term commitment of a survey platform
- Support the monthly process of updating PowerBI for strategic analytics
- Summarize key insights monthly and provide support to questions that may surface across the COEs or Business areas.
- Develop a longer-term strategy for an Analytics tool
- Partner with IT on participating in an Enterprise Data Warehouse
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required
- Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred
- 8+ Years of Analytics & HR Experience required
- Experience in Workday Report Development required
- Experience in Survey Design and Listening Tools required
- Experience with an Analytics Tool (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) required
- Experience with Survey Tool development (Qualtrics, Glint, Workday, etc.) required
- Experience in Workday Report Configuration required
- Experience with portfolio prioritization and making tradeoffs across teams preferred
- Experience managing others (either full-time or contingent workers) preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and roadmap development required
- Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge. Advanced ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines. required
- Advanced investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced data analysis skill. Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions. required
- Advanced ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously. Advanced ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. required
- Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management. Advanced negotiating and persuasion skills. required
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability. Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, working under tight deadlines required
- Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects. Advanced interpersonal skills. required
- Basic SQL query writing skills and dashboard development (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) required
- Skills monitoring and creating cross-functional training plans preferred
- Workday Pro certification preferred

Compensation Range:
$104,350.00 - $155,350.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
