Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee and lead the commercial segment of the "HP Store" portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the overall financial performance by ensuring an optimal online experience, coupled with a well-balanced product and offering mix. Your contributions will significantly impact HP's online brand perception and the results of HP Shopping.
Your profile:

A passion for the web, technology, and emerging online trends is essential.
Excellent communication skills are a must, along with fluency in German and English; French is optional but advantageous.

Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with our Salesforce in the ContactCenter, the HP Category, and HP Marketing is crucial for driving this job to a meaningful and successful outcome.
Responsibilities:
Managing financial performance of commercial portfolio with end-to-end alignment with supporting functions (Category, Marketing, Credit & Collection, Operations).
Defining sales forecast for the quarter while monitoring daily.
Defining quarterly commercial sales calendar in conjunction with Marketing, Category, and various other sales team.
Defining and optimizing online commercial product offerings, pricing, promotions, and inventory requirements.
Defining traffic and conversion rates required to achieve commercial sales targets.
Drive Merchandizing, Content, and Traffic team to execute commercial sales priorities.
Monitor and maximize daily traffic volume and quality, conversion rates, and average order value.
Work with Operations to continuously improve Customer fulfillment experience and sales productivity.
Manage and develop productive agency partnerships locally and centrally. Ensuring objectives are met.
Act as a Brand Manager for the HP Store.
