Job Description:
Missione:
Assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei prodotti del cliente, risolvendo i problemi in loco come servizi post vendita
Attività:
Condurre attività interne per istituire un servizio di manutenzione post-vendita / servizi di manutenzione venduti
Valutare le esigenze di manutenzione in base alle richieste del servizio clienti e al fabbisogno e alla disponibilità di risorse interne ed esterne (servizi di terze parti).
Analizzare le problematiche dei prodotti e consultarsi con il cliente sugli aspetti operativi del prodotto/sistema a supporto delle attività di MRO e della disponibilità/affidabilità dei prodotti in servizio
Svolgere attività interne per istituire un servizio di manutenzione post-vendita e/o servizi di manutenzione venduti
Rilasciare e rimettere in servizio i sistemi/prodotti dopo la manutenzione verificando e certificando il loro corretto funzionamento LCM (Esecuzione/Consegna)
Gestire ed eseguire attività sul campo di installazione e configurazione, consegna, rinnovo, smontaggio, manutenzione, riparazione e revisione, risoluzione dei problemi e supporto tecnico in loco
Mission:
Ensure the proper functioning of the client’s products by resolving on-site issues as part of after-sales services.
Activities:
* Carry out internal activities to establish an after-sales maintenance service and/or sold maintenance services.
* Assess maintenance needs based on customer service requests and on the demand and availability of internal and external resources (third-party services).
* Analyze product issues and liaise with the client on the operational aspects of the product/system to support MRO activities and ensure the availability and reliability of products in service.
* Release and return systems/products to service after maintenance, verifying and certifying their correct operation (LCM – Execution/Delivery).
* Manage and perform on-site activities including installation and configuration, delivery, renewal, dismantling, maintenance, repair and overhaul, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.
Basic Requirements & Education
Degree in Secondary School (Perito Aeronautico / Perito Elettronico)
10 years’ experience in rotorcraft maintenance as qualified mechanic
In case of reduced experience, a dedicate assessment will be conducted to evaluate any additional on the job training requirement
Only for (S), experience in metallic and/or composite parts repair;
Ability to understand aircraft technical manuals (e.g. Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, etc);
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Desired requirements:
Proven certification of Basic Modules (EASA or DAAA) M9 and M10;
Type Training (Theoretical elements) on at least one of the AgustaWestland rotorcraft.
