The Project Analyst will work closely with Program and Project Managers and will be responsible for creating and modifying data in multiple business systems for New Product Introduction and Life Cycle management (discontinuation) through the defined processes. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for assisting in process definition and development of documentation related to the quality and accuracy of data entered in business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in Core and Extended Team meetings, providing support to Program and Project Managers as needed.
Create and maintain data in multiple business systems to support program and project activities.
Collaborate with core team members to verify essential data and maintain accurate program/project documentation.
Schedule and lead Extended Team meetings, including preparing agendas, publishing minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to design and development program documentation standards.
Coordinate Engineering Control Requests (ECR/O) and Quality Notifications (QN) for Reagents PMO.
Manage labeling activities for Line Extension programs, with potential expansion to other NPI initiatives.
Participate in process reviews and recommend improvements.
Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field (preferred).
Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or Medical Technology industry (required).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in new product development or manufacturing environments with cross-functional engagement.
Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and/or CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
Ability to translate business processes into operational systems (a plus).
Proven history of implementing process improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective meeting facilitation, decision-making, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Purposeful with demonstrated ability to contribute individually and as part of a team.
